You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@doebaya.com. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the abaya must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled, and in its original condition with all labels and packaging . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the abaya has already been received in good order.
If the abaya is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond its reasonable limits, we may charge you for the depreciation. The depreciation of the abaya can amount to up to 100% of the retail price. Therefore, please handle the abaya with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
You are responsible for the return costs from your home to our online store. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, meaning you bear the risk of shipping. We are not responsible for your shipment. Always request proof of shipment with a tracking code from your carrier's service point.
Uncollected or refused shipments
If an order is not collected from a collection point, is refused upon delivery or is returned to us for other reasons beyond our control, the return shipping costs will be fully charged to the customer.
In addition, we charge an administration fee of €17.50 in these cases. This fee will be deducted from any refundable amount.
