You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must contact us via info@doebaya.com. If you use your right of withdrawal, the abaya must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in its original condition with all labels and packaging . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the abaya has already been received in good order.

If the abaya is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary, we can pass on this depreciation of the abaya to you. The depreciation of the abaya can amount to 100% of the sales price. So treat the abaya with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.

The costs for returning from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. In addition, returned items are your responsibility until they arrive at us. This means that the risk of shipping is at your own expense. We are not responsible for your shipment. Always request a shipping receipt with track and trace code at the service point of your carrier.
