Shipping methods and costs
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. We offer different shipping methods depending on your location and the speed at which you would like to receive your order. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment. Please note that this is an estimate and some orders may take longer to process, especially during busy periods.

Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and your location. Within the Netherlands we aim to deliver orders within 1-3 working days after shipment. International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination and shipping option chosen.

Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your order and view the estimated delivery date.

We ship worldwide to selected destinations. Please check available shipping options and rates at checkout.

Taxes and import duties
Please note that international orders may be subject to local taxes, duties and other charges, which are imposed once the package reaches the destination country. Any customs fees are borne by the recipient.

Uncollected or refused shipments
If an order is returned to us due to an error in the shipping address, incorrect recipient contact information, uncollected shipments, or refusal at delivery, we are not responsible for reshipping costs. Any costs charged to us for returning the package will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
